Great to meet you!

Seeking out a therapeutic partnership is a pivotal first step in the change process, and I commend you for taking steps to find the right provider for you! I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing a diverse range of mental health struggles. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with training and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), couples therapy, group therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I am approachable and empowering with a strong motivation to support clients as they uncover their capacity for positive change. My role as a therapist is not to pass judgment, but to be supportive and honest in the therapeutic partnership. My therapeutic style relies on a strengths-based and relational approach that incorporates a multitude of therapeutic modalities to meet the individualized needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

I begin each new clinical affiliation with a free 15-minute consultation to make sure that we are a good fit. The first session is framed as an opportunity to obtain personal history, explore therapeutic preferences and/or past focus areas, and partner with clients to identify treatment goals and objectives. I strive to create a welcoming and safe therapeutic environment that supports clients in exploring behaviors, thinking patterns, and core beliefs that have impeded their personal growth.
