Great to meet you!

As a therapist with over 12 years of experience, I have seen a lot. I am honored to work with each person who enters my door (or logs into a session) and truly believe that good therapy leads to lifelong thriving. I believe in getting you to better as quickly as possible and in making therapy as wonderful an experience as possible.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate in working with all my clients. I believe that if I can educate my client on the "what" and "why" of therapeutic interventions, they are much more likely to effectively use them. In working with my clients who are people of faith, I rely heavily on my 18 years of Biblical education to reinforce my therapeutic practice. For my clients who are non-religious, I am an avid reader and am constantly pursuing the best therapeutic materials possible.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel appreciated, respected, challenged, and encouraged to laugh. My clients frequently leave having rediscovered their values and have a clear means of engaging with all the things they find meaningful.
