Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a unique background in the military as a Pararescueman. With 20 years of experience serving and saving lives, I bring a deep understanding of crisis situations and a passion for helping individuals and families in need. Specializing in psychodynamic, Rogerian, and existential approaches, I provide compassionate support to anyone who has a need. Once you start your journey, I am dedicated to walking beside you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I utilize psychodynamic therapy to focus on exploring unconscious thoughts and emotions. I also use Rogerian therapy emphasizing empathy and unconditional positive regard. I am also versed in Brainspotting, which is a trauma therapy that uses eye positions to access and process traumatic experiences and trauma focused therapy to specifically target the effects of trauma on individuals. Ultimately, I try to use what will work best for the client,

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe and non-judgemental space where they can freely express themselves. I work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals and work towards achieving them. The specific takeaways from therapy sessions can vary depending on the individual and their unique needs and circumstances.
