Great to meet you!

As a professional counselor, it is my mission to help clients gain insight of who they are and the world around them. self love is seen as a crucial key to make major changes in the individual for the better. The end goal is always for the client to build a strong autonomy from the tools and awareness learned in their time in counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy model is based on person-centered or client-centered ideology. I use different therapeutic modalities to create a holistic approach for each client fitting their needs. some of those modalities include CBT, REBT, creative, adventure, and experiential methods.

What you can expect from our first session

When clients leave they should have a renewed sense of self and a healthier perspective of the external world as it relates to them personally.
