Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience providing individual therapy to clients navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, sports and performance-related concerns, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I strive to understand each client as an individual and tailor therapy to their unique needs, goals, and experiences. My approach is collaborative and supportive, creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and make meaningful changes that support a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to provide support, perspective, and practical tools to help them better understand themselves and work toward their goals. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of coping and responding to challenges. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic while also being encouraged to grow. Whether you are navigating anxiety or depression, a major life transition, relationship concerns, or challenges related to sports and performance, we will work together to create meaningful and manageable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. We will spend time getting to know one another, learning about what brought you to therapy, and beginning to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will work at your pace and give you space to share what feels important to you without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. Together, we will begin identifying the concerns and goals that are most meaningful to you and develop a collaborative direction for treatment. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward in the therapeutic process.
