Great to meet you!

I have nearly ten years of experience helping individuals and couples to be their best selves.

I've been trained in the Gottman Method of couples counseling and have extensive training in DBT and CBT to help individuals improve in self-awareness and make changes to improve their way of life.

Additionally, with my seminary degree, for those clients that want to use faith as a strength, I am equipped to incorporate that into our work.

My approach to therapy

I love working with both couples and individuals.

With both, I work from a place of collaboration. I believe you know you best, but sometimes we can use another's perspective to improve yourself, enhance your relationship or make some change.

I try to meet individuals or couples where they are and to offer tools or feedback to help feel better.

What you can expect from me

My goal is helping clients to be the best version of themselves. Whether couples or individuals, I hope to give clients the insight and tools they need to make changes, to improve communication or to enhance their feelings of confidence, love and connection.
