Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, and choosing the right therapist matters. With over 18 years of experience, I help adults and couples navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other difficult moments.

My approach is individualized, combining practical tools with deeper exploration to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, person-centered, attachment-based, and mindfulness approaches. I adapt therapy to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. My goal is to help you gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back while developing practical strategies for meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals while giving you space to tell your story in your own words. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you would like to work on and how I can best support you.
