Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who feel "stuck" in intense emotional cycles, relationship conflicts, or impulsive patterns they can’t quite break on their own. I am an active, engaged therapist who believes that therapy works best as a collaborative back-and-forth conversation. My background is rooted in helping clients navigate Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex PTSD, and attachment struggles (like feeling "clingy" or searching for connection in the wrong places).

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and grounded. Rather than just nodding along, I ask direct questions and offer honest feedback to help you see what is actually happening in your thoughts and behaviors. We focus on building real-world skills for emotional regulation and interpersonal communication so you can move toward secure, healthy relationships and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about clarity, comfort, and fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you’ll never face an "interrogation." Instead, we will have a structured conversation to understand what brings you to therapy and what you want to be different in your life.

I’ll ask targeted questions to get a clear picture of your history and the patterns that feel most urgent right now. By the end of our first meeting, my goal is for you to feel understood and to have a clear sense of how we will work together to reach your goals.
