Great to meet you!

I completed my clinical training at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium and the NJ VA Healthcare System. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my approach is warm and grounded in evidence-based care. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, sleep difficulties, and chronic pain. We’ll work together to find an approach that feels both effective and manageable for you. I am trauma-informed, kink- and poly-aware, and gender-affirming.

My approach to therapy

Our work may draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as trauma-focused therapies such as CPT and PE. We may also incorporate exposure-based strategies, like ERP, or tools to improve sleep, like CBT-I. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and develop practical strategies you can carry into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what you’re looking for from therapy. We’ll talk about what has been going on, what you’d like to change, and any relevant background that may help me better understand your experience.

I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you have.

You don’t need to come in with a perfect explanation of what’s wrong or a clear plan for therapy. We’ll work together to figure out what feels most important and how I can best support you.
