Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe mental health care should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely listens—not a rushed appointment where you feel like just another patient.

I understand firsthand how demanding life can be. Like many people, I’ve experienced periods of intense work-related stress, overwhelm, and the pressure of balancing multiple responsibilities while trying to maintain my own well-being. Those experiences helped shape my passion for mental health and deepened my understanding of what many of my patients face every day.

Whether you’re struggling to focus, feeling stuck in anxiety, battling burnout, or simply looking for support during a difficult season of life, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle because mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all.

I look forward to being part of your journey toward healing, balance, and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based. I work closely with clients to understand their experiences and develop a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management when appropriate, and practical strategies to improve daily functioning. I often integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to treatment. I’ll ask questions about your mental health history, current concerns, and goals so we can create a personalized plan together. My goal is to make the first session feel comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free while helping you leave with a clearer understanding of next steps in your care.
