I am a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor with experience providing therapy to clients with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, addiction issues, and crisis. I earned a Masters degree in Counseling at Southern Methodist University and received my bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Pepperdine University. I completed my coursework towards both Texas Licensed Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy licensure at SMU.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style emphasizes multiple scientifically-supported approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These modalities provide the framework to help us to determine what is most important to you as well as evidence based techniques to help you fulfill your life's priorities in a timely and meaningful way.
