Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're here, you've already taken an important first step and you don't have to do the rest alone. Since 2011, I've worked with individuals facing mental health challenges as well as drug and alcohol concerns in a variety of settings, including mobile therapy. I understand that every person's story is different, and I believe therapy should reflect your unique experiences, goals, and strengths. Whether you're navigating addiction, recovery, or mental health concerns, you'll find a space where you can be yourself without judgment.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you discover what works best for you. My approach is client-centered and guided by your individual needs, with sessions that move at your pace rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan. I especially enjoy using Motivational Interviewing to help you explore change, build confidence, and uncover your own reasons for moving forward. Together, we'll focus on practical, meaningful progress in a way that feels collaborative, supportive, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been working, what's been challenging, and what you'd like to accomplish. There's no pressure to share everything at once. I'll meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work alongside you to create a plan that fits your goals and supports the changes that matter most to you.
