Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Nevada with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and spiritually informed. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom, build healthier relationships, and move toward emotional healing and personal growth. I meet you where you are—with respect, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change is always possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” people—it’s about helping them reconnect with themselves, understand their patterns, and create space for healthier relationships and choices.

I draw from evidence-based models like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Care, while integrating tools from mindfulness, inner child work, and spiritually grounded practices when appropriate. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I focus on helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal from disconnection, relational wounds, and the burdens of unresolved trauma.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect to gain more than just insight—they will begin to experience meaningful emotional shifts, healthier patterns, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.

In our sessions, you can expect to:

  • Feel deeply heard and validated in a safe, judgment-free space.
  • Understand the root causes of emotional pain, relational struggles, or recurring patterns.
  • Develop new tools and strategies to manage anxiety, rebuild trust, and communicate more effectively.
  • Strengthen your inner voice and build confidence in your emotional and relational choices.
  • Heal from trauma—both past and ongoing—through compassionate exploration and resilience-building.
  • Reconnect with your purpose and values, especially if you've felt lost, disconnected, or spiritually depleted.
  • Restore relational intimacy, whether you're navigating challenges in a marriage, family, or within yourself.

Most of all, you will come away from sessions with a renewed sense of hope, clarity, and the emotional support needed to move forward.
