Great to meet you!

I believe everyone has a purpose in life and sometimes needs support to help them navigate life's journey. Therefore, I create a safe, warm, no-judgment environment for you to come to and voice your fears, life stressors, and worries preventing you from living your life to its fullest extent. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors and offer individual, family, and couples counseling sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge clients' unrealistic beliefs and change their behaviors. In addition, I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to assist individuals in identifying their strengths through growth and self-discovery to aid them in reaching their future goals. I specialize in counseling persons with anxiety, depression, PTSD/Trauma, drug addiction, grief, hoarding, behavior issues, life transition, and self-esteem.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to support you in discovering your voice and purpose in life to live your fullest potential without stress and fear. Also, I want you to learn skills to use when faced with life stressors. Finally, I would like you to remain whole when facing difficulties and life changes. Most of all, to be or become your true authentic self.
