Great to meet you!

I'm excited to meet new individuals who are ready to start their healing journey. I have been in the field for more than 10 years, where I have had the privilege of assisting and supporting people from all walks of life as they heal and overcome life's struggles and stressors. I recently finished my doctorate and am eager to share new knowledge and understanding of how our mental health shapes and impacts all areas of our lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I am the type of provider who looks forward to meeting clients where they are and utilizing a variety of techniques from CBT, DBT, EMDR, Adlerian, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction.

What you can expect from me

The first session often feels like a meet and greet. This is the time when I gain insight into your past, your current stressors and struggles, and what you would like to obtain, address, or change as we are working together.
