Great to meet you!

You might feel stuck in survival mode, burnt out, or unsure of who you are right now. I work with adults and teens who want real change and are tired of carrying everything alone. I’m blunt, honest, and focused on helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck and what needs to shift.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. My approach is collaborative, meaning we'll work together to understand what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools that help you create meaningful change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and somatic techniques. I pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to how stress, trauma, and life experiences show up in the body.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. Warm, relaxed, and judgment-free environment where you can show up as your authentic self.

Together, we'll begin identifying goals through conversation that feel meaningful to you, whether that's reducing anxiety, improving relationships, healing from difficult experiences, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling more like yourself again.

Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed next. You don't need to have the right words, a perfect explanation, or a plan for fixing everything. You just need a place to start.
