Great to meet you!

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and speak openly about what you’re experiencing. I help adults and teenagers navigating anxiety, depression, identity challenges, and the everyday stressors of life. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you recognize your strengths, explore patterns, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. I’ll offer empathy, understanding, and gentle challenge so you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, genuine, and collaborative approach to therapy. I want you to feel comfortable being honest and showing up as you are, while feeling encouraged to take steps toward changes you want to make. I focus on understanding the whole person, recognizing your strengths, and working together to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I’ll offer support and validation with gentle challenge when it may help you see something differently or move forward. My goal is for therapy to feel grounding, empowering, and connected to the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, welcomed, and able to be yourself. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and understanding what you’re hoping to work on. I’ll be curious about your experiences and listen without judgment, but there is no expectation that you share everything right away. We’ll start at a pace that works for you and work together to figure out where to begin!
