Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a professional counselor with nearly 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. I began my career as a school counselor and now work as a crisis counselor and therapist, serving adolescents, adults, and families. I see clients ages 12 and up, and I truly believe the foundation for growth and meaningful change lies in a warm and mutually respectful counselor-client relationship.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I take the time to get to know you so I can tailor your counseling experience to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more—because one size does not fit all.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel seen, heard, and understood. You will receive support, information and encouragement as I walk alongside you as you journey to your next best step.
