Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with high-functioning professionals, creatives, and individuals seeking relief from overwhelming thoughts, self-defeating patterns, and struggles with life transitions. I hold a Linguistics degree from UC Berkeley in California and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Massachusetts. Prior to becoming a therapist, I built my career as an advertising executive in the Bay Area working with Fortune 500 clients and companies like Microsoft, Meta and Google. Those experiences continue to inform my work with clients today. In addition to treatment of individuals, I also specialize in working with couples to address conflict and communication issues, and helping clients address chronic health condition management.

My approach to therapy

I am an advocate for my clients’ growth, and coach them towards personal insight, unlocking core motivations and strengths to provide direction and clarity. I am supportive, encouraging, and sympathetic, and employ diverse methods from various therapeutic modalities.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment during our first session. We'll discuss current behavioral or cognitive concerns, personal history, as well as goals and desires for treatment. Following this, our sessions will gradually become more structured as I challenge you to progress beyond the emotional hang-ups, limiting beliefs, and obstacles in your life.
