I have over 30 yeaars expereince working with adults and children. I work from a strength perspective, clinet develop their own goals and together we create the interventions. The client is empowered to make the decisions with support and encouragment. There's lots of diaglog and processing.

I want my clients to feel they are empowered and supported. I am open minded and strongly believe "judgement" is not acceptable. The client is the expert on their life expereinces and togehter we make a strong team. I will walk beside my clients as long as they require support.

A client will walk away with interventions, education and a new list of options to address their obstacles to achieve their goals. They will have increased self confidence, knowedge of the importance of self care and affirmation of their self worth.
