Great to meet you!
What should your client know about you?
You should know that when you sit across from me—whether in person or virtually—you are entering a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or be “strong.”
I believe that many of the struggles people live with—anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, emotional exhaustion—are not personal failures, but signals. Signals that something inside you needs attention, care, and understanding.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I take time to truly listen, to educate you about what’s happening in your mind and body, and to work with you—not over you—when it comes to treatment decisions. Medication, when used, is thoughtful and intentional, never rushed or one-size-fits-all.
I work best with adolescents (16+) and adults who are navigating life transitions, burnout, trauma, or the weight of being “the strong one” for everyone else. Clients often tell me they feel both supported and gently challenged in our work together—because healing requires safety and truth.
Above all, I want you to know this: you are not broken. You are responding to life. And with the right support, clarity, and care, meaningful change is possible.
