Great to meet you!

I am a counselor with 8 years of experience dedicated to empowering individuals, particularly teenagers, young adults, and women, who are facing anxiety, depression, and challenging life circumstances. I am trained in faith-based practice and in geek therapy, where I integrate clients' passions and interests into the therapeutic process. My experience has included clients of all ages and backgrounds, enabling me to support a variety of struggles effectively.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen through the relationship we build from our first session. I work collaboratively with my clients, focusing on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical areas to heal from a holistic perspective. As a wife, mom, person of faith, and geek, I draw from my own experiences to empathize with your journey and provide meaningful support.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can share openly and be vulnerable. In our first session, we will explore many areas of your life, setting achievable goals that we will work together in following sessions to make a reality.
