Great to meet you!

Greetings,

Many times life can require so much that we often forget to take care of ourselves. Thank you for taking the step of seeking support through therapy.

About Me

I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a MS in Counseling. I've worked in education, criminology, child safety and other human service fields. The majority of my professional life has been dedicated to helping others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The concerns client's mostly seek me for are: intimate partner abuse recovery and distressing symptoms after relationship loss (divorce, break ups). I support clients with parenting support, co-parenting, Christian counseling, depression, stress management and grief.

I primarily utilize CBT techniques and integration of various therapy models with a trauma informed approach.

What you can expect from our first session

I'm dedicated to guiding clients towards mental wellness and resilience with compassion, empathy and a tailored approach. You can expect to be heard, supported, validated, provided insight, gain self-awareness, and confidence just to name a few benefits from sessions.

I'm always honored when I'm invited into a client's life. Let's embark on this journey towards a healthier, happier you, together.
