Great to meet you!

I believe deeply in the power of connection, healing, and human resilience. I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of life’s hardest seasons.

What motivates me the most in this work is how meaningful change and healing can occur when a person feels truly seen, supported, and valued. I’ve witnessed incredible strength in the face of hardship. I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to show up and do the work. It’s sacred work, and I’m grateful every day to be doing it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empathetic and integrates various evidenced base approaches to identify strengths, build on what’s already working, and create small, meaningful steps toward change. I also incorporate mindfulness and trauma-informed care to support healing at your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming environment where we get to know each other and explore what brings you in—without pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

I’ll listen closely, reflect thoughtfully, and walk alongside you rather than leading from ahead. I honor your pace and your story, and I create a space that is non-judgmental and emotionally safe for us to begin collaboratively working to develop meaningful and realistic goals step by step.
