Great to meet you!

My name is Jacqueline Garth a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and co-occurring disorder. I am a seasoned LCADC with 7 years of licensure and more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the field. My mission is to see you get free from the struggles of life situations without the use of alcohol and drugs and co-occurring disorders such as such as Trauma, Anxiety, Depression. Life is full of trials and tribulations, but you can overcome them with the necessary coping skills. Just know you are not alone, and my passion is to watch you grow and heal in your new life of recovery.

My approach to therapy

I want to help clients develop healthier thoughts patterns and behaviors by using cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and other evidenced-based therapy methods. Together we will develop a treatment plan with problems, goals, and interventions that will fit your specific needs and preferences. I want to be able to assist individuals using a holistic approach and allow them to be their authentic selves by setting goals to change their lives.

What you can expect from me

My desire is that when my clients leave from the session with me, they will be empowered and will want to come back to a warm and non-judgmental environment. The goal is to build a rapport with the client and assist them in their recovery process using a client-centered approach.
