Great to meet you!

Everyone deserves the opportunity to be happy, successful, and unconditionally loved. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered from abuse/trauma, and are ready to overcome their past to be the Amazing and Powerful Spiritual Beings they are meant to be. I work well with children who struggle with ADHD and those on the Autism Spectrum. I also work closely with the LGBTQ+ community, inclusive of working with those in the process of gender exploration. I work with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds and spiritual beliefs who seek guidance overcoming depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual trauma, anger management, stress, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer in Positive Psychology, encouraging others to believe in themselves. I use different counseling approaches inclusive of EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and other homeopathic modalities. My personal style is unconditionally accepting, warm, & interactive, catering to the client's needs.

What you can expect from me

More than 20 years of social work experience & counseling has contributed to my success working with adults, children, and families from varying cultures and belief systems. Schedule your free 15-minute consultation to ask questions and explore how we can work together.
