Great to meet you!

My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I place a strong emphasis on building authentic therapeutic relationships and meeting clients where they are while also encouraging meaningful progress and personal growth. I utilize evidence-informed strategies and tailor interventions to each client's needs, incorporating practical coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, communication techniques, and problem-solving approaches.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. I specialize in supporting adults through life transitions, women’s mental health, depression, anxiety, and overall emotional well-being. I work with clients experiencing significant changes in relationships, family roles, careers, identity, or other areas of their lives, helping them navigate these transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to identify goals that are personally meaningful and develop practical strategies to help them move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to begin building a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy works best when we work together, so I will also take time to understand what you would like to achieve through therapy. We will explore your goals, identify areas where you would like to see change, and begin discussing what support may be most helpful for you. Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling that you have been heard, understood, and supported—and that we have begun creating a plan for moving forward together.
