Great to meet you!

I’m a Latina psychiatric nurse practitioner working with children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve worked in both pediatric mental health and adult medical settings, which helps me take a more well-rounded, real-life approach to care.

My approach to therapy

I support clients with anxiety, depression, mood changes, and stress. My style is warm, energetic, and solution-oriented—I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and leave with a clear plan that actually helps in your day-to-day life

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk through what’s been going on and what brought you in. I’ll ask some questions to understand your symptoms, history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care—but it won’t feel like an interrogation, more like a real conversation.

This is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can be honest and ask anything. We’ll go over what I’m seeing and talk through next steps, including options for treatment and whether medication might help.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, more clear about what’s going on, and with a plan that actually feels doable
