Great to meet you!

I have been serving my community in the captivity of mental health for the last 25 years!! With a focus on addictive disease and post traumatic stress disorder. I began my career as an instructor for postpartum women in a local community service board, I continued my education and became a Substance abuse Counselor, then a Registered Nurse. I am currently a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a strong knowledge base in Medication Assisted treatment. I am committed to the entire family's well-being.

My approach to therapy

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with experience with knowledge based treatment in the area of severe mental illness. My approach to treatment and wellbeing, is one of solution based. I believe the client is the expert, and I am here to help guide the path to recovery. I am a mother of 8 adult children, which has afforded me the practical and real life experiences in being openminded, and dealing with others with compassion and empathy!
