Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Sexologist, I believe in empowering my clients and setting themselves up for success by teaching them the tools they need to improve their happiness, inner peace, and fulfillment. I have been practicing for over 16 years, but have shifted my focus in the last several years to work with adults who struggle with relationships/intimacy, trauma, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique experience and I provide an individualized approach that is specific to your needs. I find that working together is so important and vital to improving your mental/emotional/relational wellbeing. I will always be there to listen to you, challenge you when necessary, and support you in any way I can along the way.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. During our first session we will complete a short assessment so that I can get to know you and your goals. From there, we’ll work together to make these goals a reality for you.
