Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I bring a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to truly listen, understand your unique experiences, and work alongside you as you navigate life's challenges. Together, we can build on your strengths and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I specialize in supporting mothers through the postpartum period and the challenges of motherhood, as well as helping high school teens navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity development. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrates attachment-based and family systems perspectives, helping clients better understand how relationships and past experiences shape their current lives. I also incorporate mindfulness, deeper exploration of underlying patterns, and exposure-based techniques when appropriate. Together, we'll build practical tools for change while creating space for insight, healing, and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a judgment-free space where they can share their story at their own pace. My goal is to get to know you as a whole person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you. Together, we'll explore what you hope to gain from therapy, identify meaningful goals, and begin creating a plan that feels aligned with your needs. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and supported as we start building a strong therapeutic relationship.
