Great to meet you!

I offer a calm, grounded space to slow down, name what’s happening, and add practical tools that fit real life. We’ll reflect patterns, build self-trust, and practice clearer conversations so home and work feel steadier. My goal is simple: more clarity, more connection, and a next step you can actually take.

My background spans schools and family systems, where I helped people navigate pressure, identity, and change for over a decade in a variety of contexts. That experience shapes how I work now—real, relational, and do-able. If you’re moving through a big transition and want thoughtful support that isn’t one-size-fits-all, I’d love to connect. Reach out for a brief consult.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of your own experience. As your counselor, I’m here to reflect patterns, themes, and strengths back to you so you can gain wisdom and insight into what needs shifting in your life. In this safe, non-judgmental relationship, you can find the motivation to initiate the next steps toward positive, productive change. I use a combination of approaches including client-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

You set the tone and pace of our sessions together. During our sessions, I will check in often to see if I’ve heard you clearly and will monitor and adjust my approach so that you see positive, productive change. When we are not in session, I encourage you to set aside time for reflection, journaling, and exploring new perspectives. Remember that this is your journey and that you are the expert on your life. We’ll set goals and identify steps to measure progress and help you achieve success.
