Great to meet you!

You don't have to be in crisis to decide it's time for a change. I bring 17 years of experience, with a specialty in addiction and recovery work across a variety of settings. I've worked extensively, but not exclusively, with LGBTQI+ individuals navigating trauma, identity, and relationships. My practice is ENM/polyamory and kink-affirming, and sex worker-friendly.

My approach to therapy

We'll take a holistic approach to your concerns, meaning we'll consider cultural and societal influences, medical issues, and the broader systems in which you live. My focus is on creating a supportive space where you can show up authentically and move toward building a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

My personality is best described as, "golden-retriever-who-will-also-hold-you-accountable". I'm excited to learn all about you, AND I'll gently challenge the stories you tell yourself, because real growth often asks more of us than comfort does.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we'll begin by talking about what's been going on and how you've been coping thus far. I'll also ask about any past experiences with therapy (what worked, what didn't), along with what you're hoping to get out of our work together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to know exactly what to say. I look forward to meeting you!
