I am a compassionate LPC-S and DBT trained Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who is dedicated to building a genuine therapeutic relationship that fosters self-understanding, acceptance, growth, and empowerment. I also welcome associates who are seeking a supportive, collaborative, and empowerment oriented supervision experience. I have worked at private practices, psychiatric outpatient, and nationwide Eating Disorder treatment residential treatment center. I am pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, expecting to graduate in 2028.

My approach to therapy

My approaches are mainly compassionate Person-Centered approaches and I utilized tools such as solution-focused techniques, CBT and DBT. I am passionate about building a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters self-understanding and growth. I will guide you through more rational thought process and emotion regulation and communication skills that decrease distress, promote balance and empowerment!
