I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who is dedicated to creating an authentic, safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your circumstances and to manage mental health struggles. I have worked at private practices, psychiatric outpatient facility, and nationwide residential treatment center. I am going to pursue my PhD in Counseling Supervision and Education Fall 2025.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approaches are mainly compassionate, person-centered, and solution-focused CBT and DBT. I am passionate about building a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters self-understanding and growth. I will guide you through more rational thought process and new skills that decrease distress, promote balance and empowerment!
