I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who is dedicated to creating an authentic, safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your circumstances and to manage mental health struggles. I am also a Doctoral student working on my PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision. I have worked at private practices, psychiatric outpatient facility, and nationwide Eating Disorder residential treatment center working with diverse individuals and families from different backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approaches are mainly compassionate Person-Centered approaches and I utilized tools such as solution-focused techniques, CBT and DBT. I am passionate about building a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters self-understanding and growth. I will guide you through more rational thought process and emotion regulation and communication skills that decrease distress, promote balance and empowerment!
