Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, processing grief, or trying to balance the many responsibilities and expectations placed upon you. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling with self-esteem, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults facing anxiety, relationship issues, women's issues, grief and loss, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, stress management challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Together, we'll explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and personal growth.
