Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, processing grief, or trying to balance the many responsibilities and expectations placed upon you. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling with self-esteem, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults facing anxiety, relationship issues, women's issues, grief and loss, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, stress management challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Together, we'll explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to help you create meaningful change while building a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I believe therapy should provide both meaningful insight and practical strategies that support long-term emotional wellness. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Strength-Based Therapy to help clients navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, women's issues, cultural identity concerns, emotional regulation, stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, develop healthier boundaries, and create sustainable changes that support emotional well-being. My goal is to help you gain the tools and insight needed to move forward with greater confidence, purpose, and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges while recognizing your strengths and progress. Together, we'll establish meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that help you navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and resilience. Through therapy, you may experience healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, stronger self-esteem, reduced anxiety, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, balanced, and equipped to create positive change in your life.
