Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting diverse populations. My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based interventions and a person-centered approach that fosters empowerment, emotional resilience, and self-worth. I am deeply committed to helping individuals recognize their inherent value and navigate life’s challenges with meaning and purpose.

I integrates therapeutic modalities to meet clients’ unique needs and maintains a strong dedication to ethical and culturally responsive care. Outside of clinical work, I find joy in music, dance, time with family, and restorative visits to the beach—activities that reflect my belief in balance and holistic wellness.

My approach to therapy

I draw from multiple modalities—CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, SFBT, FST—allowing me to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs. My work prioritizes techniques supported by research, ensuring accountability and effectiveness across sessions.

What you can expect from me

A clearer understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through cognitive and dialectical strategies. Feeling truly heard and validated, even when navigating complex or painful emotions.
