Hi, my name is Jacki. I have been working in the behavioral health field for over 34 years & have been licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oklahoma for 26 of those years.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), utilizing other approaches/techniques as needed, to address such issues as depression, anxiety, anger management, addiction & substance use, stress, trauma, self-doubt, grief, relationship repair & development, and self-discovery & growth in general.

I have a relational, collaborative approach to treatment and am focused on helping individuals and families navigate life's changes and challenges from youth through adulthood.

I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model of therapy to help clients become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so they can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
