Great to meet you!

Welcome! Do you struggle with stress, anxiety, low-energy, anger, mood swings, addiction or depression? Or have you experienced trauma, narcissistic abuse, childhood abuse or family conflict? These are just a few things I can help you work through and heal, along with adapting new coping techniques to help manage your triggers and symptoms, and ultimately go forward to live your very best life. I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Healing and Recovery, Trauma/C-PTSD, Drug and Porn Addiction, as well as Sex Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have created a treatment plan that focuses on gathering information using very specific tools so I can diagnose and treat mental health struggles. I customize the treatment plan based on each client's specific needs and utilize many therapeutic modalities to help support and treat my clients. Some of those modalities include CBT, DBT, Person-centered Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Positive Therapy, Trauma informed, and EMDR. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, ENM couples and Polyamory individuals or couples.

Finally to mention, as a Clinical Forensic Psychotherapist, I have experience working within the prison population. I have worked with clients who have been incarcerated, either preparing to enter prison or those coming out that need help acclimating back into society.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will give you the opportunity for us to meet and for you to share some of your therapy goals. I will share with you my approach, answer any questions you may have, and I will gather information needed to create your customized therapeutic treatment plan. Ultimately, I want you to be able to get a feel for my therapeutic style so you can decide if you feel we would be a good team to work together.
