Great to meet you!

As a clinician, I want you to know that my work is driven by the firm belief that you are significantly more than the story you currently hold. After earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, I founded Circles of Resilience Counseling Center to serve as a sanctuary—a space where you can feel truly seen and heard, entirely free from judgment or stigma. I recognize that many of us spend our lives operating in "survival mode," feeling overwhelmed by stressors that sit outside our "Circle of Control." My role is not to give you a one-size-fits-all solution, but to walk beside you as a collaborator in your healing. I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s unpredictable journey by fostering deep self-awareness and strengthening your internal resilience. When you work with me, you are entering a partnership where your personal story is honored, your authentic self is rediscovered, and you are empowered to recreate a narrative that truly reflects who you are. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone; I am here to provide the tools and steady support you need to move beyond limiting beliefs and toward a life of genuine self-acceptance.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative and evolving partnership. Many of my clients come to me operating in 'survival mode,' feeling anchored by stories or beliefs that no longer serve them. Together, we work to identify what lies within your 'Circle of Control' and develop the internal resilience needed for life’s unpredictable moments. My goal is to help you move beyond your current narrative and rediscover your most authentic self through a process of deep self-awareness and healing. You are significantly more than the challenges you’ve faced, and I am honored to walk beside you as you recreate a story that reflects who you truly are."

What you can expect from me

You can expect a gentle, collaborative conversation where we will explore what brought you to therapy and identify the specific stressors that currently feel outside your "Circle of Control." While we will handle some necessary initial steps—such as discussing your goals and reviewing your personal history—this time is primarily about building a foundation of trust. My goal is for you to leave this first meeting feeling truly seen and heard, with the beginning of a roadmap for how we will work together to strengthen your internal resilience. There is no pressure to have everything figured out; this is simply the first step in recreating your narrative, and I will be walking right beside you as we begin this profound journey of self-discovery.
