Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with over 20 years of experience helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges. I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and questions of identity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed therapy, helping clients gain insight into patterns that may be affecting their well-being. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental conversation where there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Together, we'll begin identifying what you'd like to gain from therapy and discuss how we can work together to support your growth and well-being.
