Great to meet you!

I know how hard life can be. Things can feel so overwhelming, and you get lost in where to even start to make things okay again. Maybe you have started noticing how your mood is affecting the things closest to you, whether it is family, friends, and maybe work. With the right skills, and looking at things from a different perspective, you can learn to focus on the present moment and get through the day to day. Let's work on moving forward, by accepting the past, and enjoying things in the now.

My approach to therapy

I like to help clients work through their own solutions, but also give them some skills to utilize. We see what works and what doesn't. In our sessions, you direct them, unless you tell me you need help getting started. I will ask questions, some that may make you uncomfortable, but only so we can process the big issues at hand. I will never intentionally push you to the point that you get upset or want to quit.

What you can expect from me

I like giving handouts and worksheets. I want clients to have goals between sessions. When the session ends, I want clients to feel they got something out of it and have something to work towards.
