Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker in Indianapolis, I help adults and seniors move through anxiety, depression, and trauma, including the lasting effects of domestic violence. I offer a steady, judgment-free space to work through difficult relationships, chronic health challenges, grief, or cultural and identity concerns. If you're ready to talk, I'd love to hear from you.

My approach to therapy

My work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT to help you understand the thoughts and patterns driving anxiety, depression, PTSD, or panic disorder, alongside Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to build steadier footing day to day. I use Motivational Interviewing to help you clarify what you actually want for yourself, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to keep sessions practical and moving toward real change. Whether you're navigating grief, chronic illness, relationship strain, challenges tied to women's issues, or the aftermath of domestic violence, we'll build a plan that fits your life, not a generic script.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting the full picture: what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you want different. We move at a pace that respects where you are, especially if trauma, cultural identity, grief, end of life concerns, or a difficult relationship is part of the story. Many clients tell me sessions feel less like being evaluated and more like finally being heard.
