Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jacque’ — a licensed therapist who supports ambitious women navigating transitions, burnout, and the weight of high expectations. Whether you’re balancing your career, personal identity, or healing from past experiences, I’m here to create a space where you can breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

My style is engaging, authentic, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and peace — one step at a time.

I currently have availability Monday through Saturday and accept most major insurance plans through Headway and Grow Therapy.

Let’s start your journey toward healing and self-discovery — you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

I strive to utilize practical techniques, tools, and valuable resources to assist my clients as they navigate through challenges. My goal is to tailor the counseling experience to the needs and concerns of my clients so, I use a variety of counseling treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Gestalt therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave knowing their unique experiences are valuable, worthy, and deserving of support.
