Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting adults, individuals, couples, and families through life’s transitions and difficult seasons. My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative—I believe therapy should provide a safe space to be heard while also helping you develop meaningful tools for moving forward.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including military members and their families, and have experience addressing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, grief and loss, and the adjustments that come with significant changes in work, family, and identity.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach and draw from evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I don’t believe there is a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make that process comfortable, supportive, and empowering—so you can better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
