Great to meet you!

My background is in community and school based mental health and my focus is on helping children work through difficult feelings and behaviors that are interfering with success at home and school. I am a certified Synergetic Play Therapy Provider and work with children ages 4-12. I involve parents/guardians in the therapeutic process and provide support and coaching.

My approach to therapy

I value the healing power of the therapeutic relationship in the process of play therapy. My approach is to create a warm and safe environment that allows for connection and trust to develop. My overarching goal is to help the child find empowerment and healing through finding connection with themselves and to help the parent/guardian deepen the relationship with their child.

What you can expect from me

The child's story will be regarded with respect and validation from me. You can expect that I will be authentic and attuned to the child's and family's feelings in a safe and welcoming space.
