Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for support with anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, or a major life change, I offer an open-minded and supportive space to talk through what you’re experiencing. I have been in practice since 2003 and work with clients navigating a range of concerns and circumstances. I believe your experiences deserve to be heard without judgment, and I’ll take time to understand what brings you to care and what you hope to change. I’m based in Ohio and currently accepting new patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded, solution-focused, and collaborative. I’ll listen carefully to your concerns, help you make sense of what may be getting in the way, and work with you to identify practical steps that fit your needs and goals. Whether you’re managing anxiety or depression, coping with stress or grief, or adjusting to a life change, we can focus on what feels most important to you. I believe progress can begin with a supportive conversation and a clear, manageable next step.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect sessions to provide dedicated time to slow down, talk openly, and feel heard. Together, we can clarify the concerns you want to address, identify patterns or challenges that may be affecting your well-being, and consider practical ways to move forward. Depending on your goals, you may leave with greater perspective, useful next steps, or a clearer understanding of what kind of support you need. My goal is for each session to feel relevant, respectful, and grounded in your priorities.
