Great to meet you!

Many people grow up believing they have to handle everything on their own - that asking for help means they are not strong enough. Over time, that can look like anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma responses, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship issues, grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. In therapy, we work together to gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more at ease in your own life.

My approach to therapy

I integrate EMDR alongside a trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and strengths-based approach rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your lived experience. This work can be especially helpful for individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, stress management concerns, and major life transitions. Together, we focus not only on what feels heavy, but also on how you carry it - helping you build emotional regulation, self-trust, healthier coping skills, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you. Your story, your concerns, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s feeling most overwhelming, and what you’d like to change. By the end of the session, we’ll have a better understanding of your goals and start mapping out next steps at a pace that feels right for you.
