I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and earned my degrees from U/Mass Boston and Cambridge College. My experience spans from inpatient psychiatric care specializing in children and adolescents to crisis team specialist.

My approach to therapy

I use a mindful, compassionate and mutli- disciplinary approach to treatment working with individuals, adult and adolescents whose needs include, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement and substance use.
