Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through behavioral health and substance use challenges. My approach is grounded in trauma‐informed care, cultural sensitivity, and meeting people exactly where they are. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Monmouth University and have worked across inpatient, outpatient, community, and addiction treatment settings. My background includes detox and MAT services, crisis stabilization, care coordination, and leading interdisciplinary teams. I also serve as a clinical instructor for BSN students, which keeps me connected to education, mentorship, and the next generation of nurses.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I provide medication management and supportive, collaborative care for people of all ages navigating conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma‐related symptoms, and substance use disorders. I value a holistic, mind‐body perspective and work with each client to create a treatment plan that feels safe, personalized, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self. Whether you’re seeking stability, clarity, or a fresh start, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and evidence‐based support.
