Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in community and clinical settings. My clinical background includes treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship and family challenges. I am committed to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care and supporting you in building resilience, insight, and meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive space where you will feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work from a family systems and trauma-informed lens, recognizing how early experiences, relationships, and systemic stressors can shape emotional well-being and coping patterns across the lifespan. I am especially passionate about group therapy as a powerful space for connection, shared growth, and healing through support.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introductory session focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will spend time identifying your goals and exploring current concerns. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what feels important, and determine whether this therapeutic space feels like a good fit. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and aligned with your goals.
